  • Positive Substitution
    • While wearing this item, you are able to alter a spell's energy from damaging to healing.
  • Spell Modification
    • While wearing this item, a spell you can cast gains an altered effect. This item tends to function a limited number of times per day.
  • Guardian
    • While wearing this item, you can summon a guardian to defend you temporarily.
  • Focus
    • While wearing this item, your cantrips are cast as if they are the next level higher, or as if the cantrip had an additional rank if you are level 17 or higher.
  • Shack
    • This item can create a dwelling place big enough for four creatures.
  • Enduring
    • Your cantrips with a duration last longer.
  • Replicating
    • Your cantrips gain an additional target.
  • Looting
    • Your successful, damaging attacks create copper coins. Weapons which deal 1d4 or 1d6 damage spawn one coin. Weapons which deal 1d8 damage spawn two coins. Weapons which deal 1d10 or 2d6 damage create three coins.
  • Charging
    • While wearing or wielding this item, your movement speed while charging is higher.
  • Fortify
    • You gain a bonus on saving throws while wearing this item.

  • Pulse
    • While wearing this item, a limited number of times, you are able to cause your spell effects to be split over two turns.

This is a useful post. Some formatting could be fixed though.

Maybe this could be made into a Random Item Quality table?

Definitely could be updated. I never updated it after porting over from bbPress, which had some shortcodes for tabs to clean things up really nice. I could implement tables and spoilers, but I don’t think I’d be able to get the same tabs again.

A random table might be useful for sure! I would want to come with scaling values for these qualities to round out all of the available data.
