New Resource: Guarantee

At the DM’s discretion, you can be awarded with a Guarantee. A Guarantee functions for all purposes and intents as Inspiration (i.e. being able to be given away). A Guarantee is handed out for courageous acts of heroism that go beyond a character’s usual selfishness or beyond a character’s usual behavior that remain within the character’s general concept. The act of heroism is most likely unexpected and likely comes with a great cost to the character.
A Guarantee can also be handed out for other reasons the DM decides, perhaps for completing a quest as a reward from a village chieftain or a king. A Guarantee allows a player to switch one roll they make for a natural 20.
