New Spell: Float

1st-level transmutation
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 100 feet
Components: V, S, M (a small orange vest)
Duration: 10 minutes

You cause a target’s buoyancy to change, causing them to float on the surface of a body of water. The target cannot swim beneath the surface. Creatures that must breathe water can still do so, but cannot swim under the surface. If the target is underwater at the time this spell is cast, it rises toward the surface at a speed of 60 feet.

NOTE: This spell is based off of 3.5e Frostburn’s Spell Float and the 5e Dungeon Master’s Guide Magical Item Mariner’s Armor.
