New Spell: Ice Ship

2nd-level conjuration
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 30 feet
Components: V, S, M (a small glass model of a ship worth at least 200gp)
Duration: 5 hours

You conjure an ice toboggan that can move along icy ground or frozen water at a speed of 60 feet. The toboggan can support up to four medium or smaller creatures. The toboggan cannot travel against a prevailing wind. The ice toboggan breaks and becomes unusable if it takes 20 points of damage. The ice toboggan has AC 12 and is vulnerable to fire damage.
If the ice toboggan is conjured in temperatures above freezing, it immediately begins to melt, taking 1d12 points of damage per hour. The ice toboggan begins to melt and crack slowly during the last hour regardless of the temperature, and it disappears into puddles or splinters of ice.
At Higher Levels. If you cast Ice Ship with a 5th-level spell slot, you can summon an ice galleon instead of an ice toboggan. The ice galleon moves at a speed of 20 feet and can support up to 40 medium or smaller creatures. The ice galleon can move at a speed of 10 feet against a prevailing wind and can move up to 40 feet if the wind is in its sails. The ice galleon has 200 hit points and an AC 16.

NOTE: This spell is based off of the 3.5e Frostburn Spell Ice Ship.
