With discussions about the future of job markets, this article suggests that there may be some fearmongering happening in the political world. I’ve long made the prediction that future blue collar jobs will be in IT and programming, but this suggests we should instead see more customer service and customer experience related jobs, and that does not mean more cashiers, as much as I enjoyed being a cashier in the fast-food industry. (Though I give little credit to human personality tests, perhaps the warning here is introverts beware.)

If anything this research suggests we should be more concerned about gig economies.
