Stamina and Executing a Maneuver

All characters now have access to a resource pool called Stamina. A character has 2 points of Stamina. You regenerate 1 point of Stamina per turn if you have less than your max Stamina.

The Overdrive Ability “Execute a Maneuver” now uses Stamina rather than Overdrive Points. A maneuver’s cost is determined by the DM as is the Check required.

Mana now regenerates at a rate of 1 per turn.

taylor, maybe im just not seeing the point to this stamina thing? compared to action points?

If maneuvers were usable through action points, I think it would decentivize using a normal attack and Stamina would work as a system to encourage strategizing resources as a martial. That’s sort of the heart behind it.

The other goal is to take maneuvers off of Overdrive Points.
